If you are looking for a part or full time job with a flexible schedule, a role with our agency as a Drop-In Mothers Helper may be just perfect for you! As a Drop-In Mothers Helper you will be assisting busy families with an array of tasks ranging from childcare (back-up Nanny services, date nights, etc.), running errands, cooking, light cleaning, organizing, etc. Think of this role as a family personal assistant, with an emphasize on childcare.

Schedule

Drop-In appointments can ideally be negotiated to a mutually beneficial time that works for both the family as well as the care provider. Some appointments maybe reoccurring, meaning the same time and day each week, and some may be sporadic and last minute.

Job Description

Job duties for this position will include: childcare, cleaning, organizing, and household tasks for multiple clients.

Requirements

​

Our ideal candidate would have strong experience in childcare, yet also possess strong organizational skills, be willing to help with errands, and other household tasks that our clients would be in need of.

​

To be considered for this position you must:
-Have childcare experience, ideally as a Nanny, but not necessarily required. If you’ve worked in a daycare, as a teachers aid, have firsthand experience as a Mother, or have done extensive babysitting, we would love to see your application
-Be able to work the requested schedule in the client’s home, with ideal flexibility
-Have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
-Have clear communication skills
-Posses strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Be trustworthy, responsible, and highly reliable
-CPR certified (the agency can help you obtain this if you are not certified)
-Be able to pass a background check, 10-way drug screen, and provide proof of current DL and vehicle registration.
 

Not required but a plus:
-Bi-lingual, English & Spanish speaking
-Covid vaccination is not required for this position

Pay & Details
Our company offers moral based raises every 6 months. Pay is above Industry standard per hour to start, for the appropriate, experienced candidates ranging from $16-$22+/hour. Pay is based on experience as well as education and relatability to the client’s needs.
